masala chai basically means spiced tea. it is made by adding all or a combination of your favorite spices like cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, pepper corns, fennel and nutmeg to your regular milk tea. there is no standard recipe for making masala chai, each household has a different way of making it in terms of the spices used and the ratio of water and milk. today I'm sharing my way of making masala chai.

if your taste buds craves for masala chai regularly, then you can grind the spices into a fine powder in bulk and store. you can just add a little of this powder to your regular milk tea. but if you are an occasional drinker of masala tea like me, then you can just crush the spices in your mortar pestel and make the tea instantly.

here is my breakfast collections and snacks collections with which you can enjoy this tea.
