Whole Fish Fry

for making whole fish fry, fishes are not cut into chunks but instead slits are made over their body so that the masala or spices penetrate deeply into it, resulting in a nice spicy fish fry.

for marination, basic spices like red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cumin powder are used. we also add ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander leaves for giving it a flavor. i usually add lemon juice in all my fish preparations as it adds an extra taste to my fish.

me and my kid are fish lovers and i have got a really good collection of seafood recipes on this blog, like fish fryfish pakodafish shami kababfish tikkarava fried fishfish biryani and many more to come.
