Chicken Seekh Kabab
chicken seekh kabab is an easy recipe that can be prepared at home without an oven. It can be prepared on a non stick pan or grilled pan.


chicken seekh kabab is prepared using ground chicken, spices and herbs. If you do not have ground chicken, then you can mince the boneless and skinless pieces of chicken in your mixer. after mixing the ingredients, leave the mixture aside for 30 minutes to 1 hour for the flavors to marinate and the seekh kabab becomes more flavorful.

Chicken Seekh Kabab Recipe

Prep Time: 35 minutes | Cook Time: 30 minutes | Yield: 3-4 servings

Ingredients 


  • 250 gms chicken mince
  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped
  • 2-3 crushed green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
  • salt, as required
  • oil for cooking and basting

Directions for making chicken seekh kabab recipe


1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned except oil. Leave for 30 minutes for the flavors to marinate.

2. Now take a little chicken mixture and mould it around bamboo skewer, press firmly. Repeat till all the chicken mixture is used up.

3. Now heat a non stick pan and drizzle some oil. Place the chicken skewers on the pan and cook, turning from time to time so that they are evenly cooked. Brush with little oil at regular interval.

4. Your easy chicken seekh kabab is ready. Serve hot with salads and any dip of your choice.
