watermelon juice recipe is a refreshing and naturally sweet juice recipe that can be easily made at home in a blender.
Watermelon juice is a refreshing thirst quencher especially when the temperatures are high. Come summers and the markets are flooded with watermelons. These are best enjoyed as a fruit itself and it has got a very high moisture content of almost 91%.
I usually make plain watermelon juice using chilled watermelons directly from the fridge with cold water and some ice cubes as well. But sometimes, I do add a pinch of black salt or chaat masala or lemon juice to give it an extra punch. You can also add basil seeds.
The recipe that I'm sharing today is a plain watermelon juice without any other ingredients.
2. Place it in the blender along with sugar and little water and blend well. Check the consistency and add more water if required.
3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
