Fish Fingers

fish fingers are made using boneless fish fillets like that of basa, tilapia or any large variety of fish.

fish fillets are cut into strips almost the size of fingers and marinated with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt for around 30 minutes. these fish strips are then coated with all purpose flour, dipped in batter and then nicely coated with breadcrumbs to give it a crunchy texture.

after coating with breadcrumbs, you can freeze it for frying it later as and when you require. this is good for serving guest as it can be made in advance and frozen.

these cruncy fish fingers are good for snacking with ketchup or can be served as starters.
