Zeera Rice
In this restaurant style zeera rice recipe, basmati rice is first cooked fully with salt and whole spices and then mixed with zeera tempering. It's that simple.

This mildly flavored zeera rice also has a tinge of spiciness of green chillis. If you like crunch of nuts, you can add roasted cashew nuts to this zeera rice recipe.

This is one of the easiest way of making your meal grand to go along with your regular gravies. This can also be made and served to guests.
