Kabuli Chane ki pulao is a yummy pulao recipe made with basmati rice and boiled chickpeas.
1. Heat oil in a cooking pan and add green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, black pepper corns and cumin seeds. Saute for 30 seconds
2. Add onions and fry till light golden in colour
3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell disappears
4. Add tomato, green chillies, chole masala and salt. Cook till tomatoes are fully mashed up and oil separates.
5. Add cooked rice, coriander leaves and give a gentle mix. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6. Serve hot along with raita

Chola Pulao is an easy to make and yummy recipe made with cooked basmati rice and chickpeas. I usually make this chola pulao whenever I make poori chole by reserving some boiled chickpeas and giving it a yummy finish. You can also make use of leftover rice for making this pulao.
This chola pulao can be had along with raita, I also pack this for my kid's lunch box.

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled chickpea
- 3 cups cooked basmati rice
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 black cardamom
- 2 cloves
- 2-3 black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 2 medium onions, finely sliced
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 green chillies
- 3 teaspoons chole masala
- 2 tablspoons chopped coriander leaves
- salt as required
- 1 tablespoon oil
