Egg Qorma

I usually make this egg qorma recipe when I run out of vegetables in my fridge and then this will be my go to recipe.

Egg curries are prepared in a variety of ways and each region have their own style of making it. Some use nuts as the base to achieve the qorma consistency, while some use tomatoes or both tomatoes and yoghurt. I have used crushed fried onions (birista) and yoghurt as the base of this egg qorma recipe.

Egg qorma goes well with roti, naan, plain rice or pulaos.
