chana dal gosht is an amazing recipe combining the benefits of both mutton and dals, hence an ideal nutritional meal for your kids and family.

chana dal gosht is an aromatic curry recipe using mutton, chana dal and spices - both whole and grounded.

for making this recipe, chane ki dal is soaked for at least an hour before cooking. also, in this recipe you have to be careful not to over cook the dal as we require it in full shape in the curry.

this chana dal gosht recipe you can make either in pressure cooker or in a kadhai following the slow cooking method. I've shared the pressure cooking method of dal gosht. for slow cooking, the recipe remains the same, you just need to cook the mutton till semi tender then add the dal and pressure cook for another 15 minutes.

also, have a look at my non-vegetarian collections and find the recipes of mutton which you can try out too
