Gobi Paratha
there are various stuffed paratha recipes that I make like aloo paratha, radish paratha, paneer paratha, onion paratha, etc. and this gobi paratha is one among them.

I usually blanch the cauliflower or the gobi for making any dish out of it. for making the stuffed parathas, grate the blanched cauliflower very finely, you can use hand grater as it gives the best results. also, if I run out of time, I grate it in my chopper. you can also grate them in the mixer, but you need to be careful to pulse it just once, or it will become a paste.

gobi paratha is usually served for breakfast and is accompanied with butter, sauce, curd or pickle as per one's preference.
