Peas Pulao

peas pulao is a flavorful and easy to make rice recipe. usually pulaos are made with basmati rice but you can use any long grain rice as well.

peas pulao can be made with frozen as well as fresh peas, I usually prefer making it with fresh peas as it gives the best taste. this pulao is flavored with whole spices which are sizzled in hot oil. a little onion and ginger garlic paste are also added.

since this is a mildly flavored pulao recipe, it forms a perfect kids lunch box recipe as well.

peas pulao can be enjoyed with raita alone or you can serve it along with any veg or non-veg gravies like dhuwan dahi gosht, mutton qorma, chicken qorma and easy chicken curry.
