Fish biryani recipe is a yummy hyderabadi style biryani, an all time favorite among sea food lovers.
Fish biryani recipe is another biryani variety which is prepared by traditional method of layering al dante cooked basmati rice and gravy and finally giving it a dum. As fish gets cooked fast compared to chicken or mutton, this biryani also gets done quickly and hence the easiest of all forms of biryanis.
Fish biryani is prepared by using fish fillet, marinated and shallow fried and then cooked in a yoghurt based gravy. You can use any variety of fish, I have used king fish for my biryani as that is one of my favourite variety of fish.
This was the first time that I had made fish biryani and it turned out so delicious and aromatic and it was liked by everyone at my home more than the regular chicken biryani.
