Fish Tikka

Fish tikka can be prepared with any fish variety of your choice, all it requires is large boneless fish. I have prepared this fish tikka using king fish and it is an absolute favorite at my home.

This fish tikka is prepared by marinating the boneless fish pieces with some spices and hung curd and then shallow frying it. To give it a smokey effect, you can grill the fish pieces in the oven or held it directly over the flame for few minutes. The end result is very tender and juicy.

It is a very easy recipe and the right amount of spices used for marination is the key to getting delicious tikkas.
