aloo pyaz ke pakode is a yummy tea time snacks recipe.
aloo pyaz ke pakore is usually made at evening times during monsoons to enjoy with hot cup of tea. it is also a perfect recipe for Iftar as well.
1. In a mixing bowl take all the ingredients except oil and mix. Add little water and make into a thick mixture. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
2. Now heat oil in a kadhai, and drop spoonful of the mixture in the hot oil. Deep fry till all sides turns golden in colour, stirring occassionaly.
3. Remove and keep them on an absorbent paper, so that extra oil gets absorbed.
4. Serve aloo pyaz ke pakode immediately along with any chutney or sauce of your choice.

aloo pyaz ke pakore is made with potato and onion mixed in gram flour batter along with some spices. these are then deep fried to a nice golden in colour.
it is an easy recipe and gets done very quickly. it tastes best when served immediately.

Ingredients
- 1 large potato, cut into 1 cm cubes
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup gram flour / besan
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds or ajwain
- 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 4-5 green chillis, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- a small pinch of baking soda
- a handful of coriander leaves, chopped
- salt as required
- oil for deep frying
