Fish Shami Kabab |
I usually make mutton shami kababs, but this Ramadan I played with a variant and made these yummy fish shami kababs for a change.
Shami kabab is a very popular kabab variety prepared in North Indian homes basically with minced meat, soaked chana dal and lots of Indian spices. Fish shami kababs too are prepared in the same way with boiled and minced fish. Spices are added to bring out the flavor, they are then formed into patties and shallow fried on both sides.
You can relish these yummy fish shami kababs with any dip of your choice. These kababs can also be used as a filling for burgers, wraps and sandwiches.
These kababs looks appetizing? then head over to the recipe at Yummy Food by clicking this link -Kitchen Flavors, as this special recipe is a guest post for a Ramadan event - Joy from Fasting to Feasting - X.
