Rava Fried Fish
Rava fried fish can be made with any variety of fish having firm flesh like king fish, salmon, pomfret, etc. I have used basa fish and the result was excellent.

Rava fried fish can be served as a starter or as a side dish alongside meals. A simple salad, onion rings and few lemon wedges also compliment this fish fry. This fish fry can also be dipped in sauce and enjoyed. It can be served alongside any variety of rice like zeera ricetomato ricecarrot rice, ghee rice, coconut rice.

This recipe is very easy to follow. To make this recipe, fish is marinated in spices for 15 minutes and then coated with fine semolina which gives a nice crust to the fish. This fish is then shallow fried.
